Chi Chi Memories - My Little Princess coloring book

If you are like me and have a little one, you know they just love to be right by you while you are creating something and it of course they have do what you're doing.  Well tonight I decided to make my little girl a mini coloring book.  Nothing to fancy but enough to keep her busy for about five minutes LOL


One the cover (which is 6 x 8 1/2), I used the cute little Princess Candace and placed her on a heart cut out that my daughter drew on.  I added a little border and a couple other little images. I also put on a lot of stickles cause those are her favorite :)

and here are a couple of the pages which I just printed on computer paper.

In the end I ended up using every image in the Puppet Show set but it was just a fun and quick little project to keep your little one busy :)

Digi's With Attitude!! - Go Digi People!!

Welcome to another week at Digi's With Attitude!  We are so excited to see all the entries each week and we hope you continue to come back!  This week's challenge is to GO DIGI PEOPLE!  All you have to do is use a digi of a person, that simple!!

Now to my card....I used Winter Diva for my image and my papers from Eskimo Kisses.  I kept the embellishments simple as there was a lot going on in the background.

Inky Impressions - Emboss it Challenge

This week at Inky Impressions, the challenge is "EMBOSS IT", all we want to see is some sort of embossing on your card.

For my card today, I embossed snowflakes on the white cardstock and used this adorable little monkey making a snow angel.  I kept it simple so not to hide the snowflake embossing in the background.  Of course I added some glittler and sparkles :)

Critter Sketch Challenge - A little Note

Happy Monday everyone!  I hope you're all having a great start to your week so far and that you are staying warm. We had a VERY cold night last night, somewhere around -20°F. 

This week's challenge at Critter Sketch is a double challenge.  We'd love to see you do some distressing and to have a circle somewhere on your card.

My card today uses an image from our sponsor The Stamping Boutique.  The edges around the DP has some light blue ink on it (which is very hard to see in the photo) and I guess the circle is my courdary brad on the flower.  The flower is so awesome in person.  It's one of those acetate flowers from Heidi Swapp but I add glue and some glitter from Meyer Imports.  This glitter is FANTASTIC!  I was given some free samples as part of a blog candy promotion and I seriously will have to get some more it.

Baby Bud Designs - Happiness is......

I made a quick card the other night and I must admitt this was better in thought then in design :/  I emobssed the purple cardstock with a cuttlebug embossing plate and used the cute image from Baby Bud Desings.  I wanted to look like she was in a field (sort of) and well I just don't know about this one.....However, it is a very cute CAS card :)

Inky Impressions - Tag It Challenge

Wow, it's hard to believe that another week has gone by already. Time just seems to be flying by so quickly these days. This week at Inky Impressions, the challenge is "TAG IT".  We are to create either a tag or something with a tag on it.  Now, if you ever want to take my mojo away or make me feel like an idiot...give me a tag challenge.  I have absolutely no idea why but when it comes to these things, I stink!!!!

So without further delay, here is my tag for this week's challenge.  I used Lili's Secret for my image, some paper from my stash and some flowers/ribbon.

A little surprise mail

I came home tonight to find a package in my mailbox from Audrey.  I first met Audrey when we started together on the Bugaboo Stamps Design Team and I have been a follower of her blog ever since.  Thank you so much Audrey for the goodies, it made my day to have some happy mail :)

Birthday Card

For those of you who are new to my blog this will be your first post of my little girls creations.  From time to time my 3 year old daughter creates something and I will usually post it on here to share with all of you.  Tonight we sat down to create a birthday card for my boss' daughter who is turning 15 tomorrow.

Here is Abby's card she made.  She used Lili's Birthday cake, some papers from my stash, colored pencils, stickles (that girl is addicted to these) and a bow made my me (as well as a little help cutting out Lili) :)  She also signed the inside and "addressed" an envelope to mail it (I'm hand delivering).

Today marks my first official post as DWA DT member.  Our challenge today was to create a card with a New Year's Resolution Theme.  The DT was also asked to use Martini Gretchen for our image.
