When I first started buying II stamps, Lili always reminded me of my little girl Abby. Well yesterday it was actually captured on film.

Black Friday

So were you crazy enough to go out into the crowds??? We did go out but not to any of the big stores. Surprisingly, Jo-Ann's wasn't that busy and I was able to get out with no problems...sure do wish I needed a Cricut LOL :) I did get some shopping done but on the computer, Amazon was having some good deals on movies and Brian was able to get a bunch for $10 and we did get a couple gifts for Abby.

Anyhoo, I was able to get some crafting done today. I have been wanting to try and make one of those nugget tins so I sat down and worked on it. You would think these things would be pretty easy but I hit a creative block when I put the stupid thing in front of me. UGH!!!

So this is what I came up with, luckily it's not going any where and Abby will be able to eat the candy tomorrow LOL

Happy Thanksgiving

Just wanted to post a quick note to say Happy Thanksgiving to all who stop by today. I hope you all are spending some much needed time with family and friends.

I am staying home with Brian, Abby and my MIL. The meal is almost finished cooking and then I'm hoping to get some crafting done.

Inky Impressions Design Team Call

The deadline to apply for the Inky design team is this Tuesday. I sure wish I was feeling better so I could put a little more "effort" into this project as I REALLY want to be on this team. From the first time I saw the "girl's", I was in love with them.

So we had to follow this week's challenge which was to create an ornament or something with an ornament on it, so I decided to make this ornament for our tree. On the back there is a spot for a little picture that I will put one of Abby on. I hope you enjoy it!

Color Challenge #3

This weeks color challenge over at Any Stamp Will Do was red, blue, green and yellow. Now these really aren't my favorite colors but I think i was able to pull something nice together with them. This was my first time using a magnolia stamp and I must admit.....I'll have to get more :) Enjoy!

Thinking of Fall

This weeks theme challenge over at Any Stamp Will Do was to create any card with a fall theme. I had this digi image I've been dying to use for a while know so I pulled it out and created this little card. It was just something quick I threw together so I can get my post in before I started on my homework (yes, I'm still going to school).

I also have to apologize for the lack of details on my postings. Things are pretty busy for me right now but I promise to start putting them back on next week after school ends.

OMG!! I am so excited to see that Inky Impressions is having a design team call! I've just recently found their stamps and have fallen head over heals for them. If you don't own any of these stamps you need to go purchase one and see for yourself exactly how cute these things really are. Future Stamper :)

Tonight I was creating those little ornaments and Abby had to help out. Only she didn't want to work on what I was, but she wanted to do her own thing. She grabbed my ATG gun and away she went :) Here are some pictures of her "creating"....I think I'm in trouble LOL
